Developers Inc., (hereafter Developers), seeks an order of this court authorizing the removal of an improvement from real estate titled in the name of the third-party defendant, Chesapeake Shore Enterprises, Inc., (hereafter Chesapeake). Developers admit this improvement was constructed in error.
