The circuit court granted the motion of defendant, Dominick's Finer Foods, Inc. (the store), to bar the testimony of the expert retained by plaintiff, Sharon Keating, in this negligence action and, further, granted the store's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff appeals, asserting that the court: (1) abused its discretion in barring the testimony of her expert witness, whose identity, opinion and report were disclosed...
