Brian Schacht was convicted by a jury of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1988 Supp., ch. 56½, pars. 1401(a)(2), 1401.2(1)). Schacht was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment.
