David M. Thompson appeals from the trial court's denial of his K.S.A. 60-260(b) motion to set aside the child support order of his 1982 divorce decree.

David contends the trial court (1) never obtained in personam jurisdiction over him sufficient to support a child support judgment, (2) failed to give him the required due process notice of the hearing, and (3) violated the provisions of the Soldiers...
