Defendant Michigan National Bank appeals as of right from the trial court's judgment of August 9, 1990, declaring that plaintiff had a valid construction lien against real property and that the lien was superior to defendant's mortgage under the priority provisions of the Construction Lien Act, MCL 570.1101 et seq.; MSA 26.316(101) et seq.
