ALEXANDER, J.

Ofelio Vazquez appeals his conviction on two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and heroin) with intent to deliver. His codefendant, Jose Valdez, appeals his conviction on one count of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver. We affirm.
