After his first trial ended in a mistrial, appellant Arno M. Henderson was retried and convicted of unlawful distribution of cocaine and unlawful possession with intent to distribute cocaine. D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (1988 Repl.). The trial court sentenced him to four to twelve years' imprisonment on each count, both sentences to run concurrently.
