Appellant, Edward Joseph Bauer, entered a plea of guilty to nine counts of delivery of controlled substances, and two counts of criminal conspiracy. These charges arose from a number of transactions which occurred between October, 1986 and April, 1987, in which Mr. Bauer sold marijuana, LSD, and then cocaine to an undercover police officer.
