Appellant, Edward Joseph Bauer, entered a plea of guilty to nine counts of delivery of controlled substances, and two counts of criminal conspiracy. These charges arose from a number of transactions which occurred between October, 1986 and April, 1987, in which Mr. Bauer sold marijuana, LSD, and then cocaine to an undercover police officer. Appellant was sentenced to consecutive sentences on all the charges, for a total minimum of 27½ years and...
