Judge and his wife, Ingabritta Judge (the "Judges"), who are the owners of Block 50½ in Dewey Beach, Delaware; and an intervenor, Rehoboth-By-The-Sea Realty Company ("RBTS"), the Judges' grantor and mortgagee.
