Plaintiff Shafer-Pearson Agency, Inc. filed a breach of contract action against defendants on November 23, 1988 on its own behalf and on behalf of a class of others similarly situated. The complaint alleged that the plaintiff class of agents and brokers solicited drought insurance for defendants but were not paid commissions owed to them by defendants, Chubb Corporation, Federal Insurance Company and Good Weather...
