Plaintiffs Michael Geever, Scott Swenson and James Sachs appeal an order of the circuit court of Cook County granting summary judgment in favor of defendant O'Shea and Sons Builders, Inc. ("O'Shea and Sons"), regarding count III of plaintiffs' second amended complaint in a personal injury action.1 For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
