Christopher Munroe (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the referee's decision which had: 1) modified Claimant's compensation; 2) granted H & G Distributing Company (Employer) a credit for all compensation paid; and 3) ordered Employer to pay Claimant's attorney, Larry Pitt, Esquire, (Attorney) 20% of all compensation awarded since the date of the termination petition.
