Defendant appeals his conviction, arguing that he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, that the prosecution's comments regarding the cause of decedent's death were improper and prejudicial and that the prosecution's question to defendant of whether it was an initiation rite of his gang to kill a human being was improper...
