On September 20, 1983, claimant fell from a 35- to 40-foot height and suffered a depressed skull fracture, a contrecoup brain injury to the left side and a fractured right clavicle. Following five months of hospitalization, claimant returned home, where he has lived continuously to the present time. The parties stipulated claimant is permanently and totally disabled due, in part, to his permanent brain...
