Defendant, Omaha Box Company, appeals from an order on rehearing by the Workers' Compensation Court. The court found that plaintiff-appellee, Charles Willuhn, was injured in the course and scope of his employment with defendant on May 3, 1988, that as a result of that injury plaintiff was temporarily totally disabled up to January 24, 1990, and that plaintiff was permanently totally disabled thereafter.
