This personal injury case is on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court, 586 So.2d 543 (La.1991). This court has previously rendered an opinion in this case1, in which we found that the trial court erred in excluding certain evidence offered to impeach a witness. Based on this error, we concluded that the jury's verdict was tainted by the trial court's error and should be disregarded...
