OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

The State of Minnesota challenges the trial court's decision to quash as untimely the presentment of a four-count indictment against respondent Donald LeRoy Genung for aiding and abetting first degree murder, pursuant to Minn.R.Crim.P. 8.01. We reverse.
