This is an appeal, by allowance, from an order of the Commonwealth Court which reversed an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia which had reversed an order of the Board of Pensions and Retirement of the City of Philadelphia denying pension benefits to the appellants, Albert Mazzo and John Anderson.
