We affirm, in a case of first impression,1 the court's denial of a "Petition to Expunge Criminal Record" by the appellant, W.P.

The appellant's petition alleged that, inter alia, he was arrested in November of 1988, charged with various offenses, tried without a jury and found not guilty by reason of insanity. He also claimed that he had no prior record, "ha[d] been caused to suffer embarrassment and irreparable...
