KENNEDY, J.

Appellant David Richmond appeals his convictions of one count of first degree murder and one count of attempted first degree murder. Specifically, Richmond contends that the trial court erred in admitting statements he made before he was advised of his Miranda1 rights and that the State failed to prove premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt. We affirm.
