This case presents two issues: (1) whether the trial court erred in granting appellees' Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss appellant's claim for intentional tort; and (2) whether the trial court erred in granting appellees' Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss appellant's allegation of wrongful discharge.
