In this appeal, the parties ask us to decide whether Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. ("A.R.S.") § 15-544(C) requires a school district to give a preferred right of reappointment to a teacher it dismissed for economic or efficiency reasons when the dismissed teacher is hired by another school district before a reappointment position becomes available.
