Robert E. Kratzer and Caroline Kratzer appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Juniata County affirming an order of the Board of Supervisors of Fermanagh Township (Board) which denied the Kratzers' request for a curative amendment to the Fermanagh Township zoning ordinance (Ordinance) pursuant to Section 609.1 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, as amended, 53 P.S. § 10609.1.
