This is a direct appeal by Sedrick Scott from his convictions of two counts of aggravated battery, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of aggravated kidnapping.

Scott contends the State relied on a single and continuing act of force to form the basis of the aggravated assault and aggravated kidnapping charges. Scott also contends the trial court erred in refusing to give a requested instruction...
