The Borough of Phoenixville (employer) and its insurer Old Republic Insurance Company (collectively, the Borough) appeal the January 24, 1991 order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's award of benefits to Norman Colledge (Claimant). We affirm the Board's order.
