PER CURIAM.

In the bifurcated trial of this declaratory judgment action to determine the rights of the parties under a contract of employment, the jury determined that the defendant-appellant employer, Emelco, Inc., had discharged the plaintiff-appellee employee, Michael D. Kozlik, without cause. The trial judge thereafter assessed the employee's damages at $265,397.51.
