OPINION

MOTZ, District Judge.

Kingdon Gould, Jr. and Mary T. Gould, partners with Dominic F. Antonelli, Jr., in several real estate ventures, have appealed an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the confirmation of a plan (the "Plan") for the reorganization of Mr. Antonelli and his wife, Judith. On November 23, 1992, I entered an order staying the Bankruptcy Court's order and required expedited briefing on the merits of the Goulds' appeal.
