Joseph Farrell was injured in November, 1989, when a concrete wall collapsed on him. At the time of the accident, Farrell was employed as a carpenter by R.C. Legnini Company, Inc. (Legnini) and was doing work at the residence of Thomas Williams in Rosemont, Montgomery County. Because of his injuries, Farrell was unable to work and was paid workmen's compensation. His employment was abruptly terminated...
