On December 23, 1988, Darlene Coleman went to Diamond Dave's with some companions and consumed several pitchers of beer. Darlene left Diamond Dave's at around 6:30 p.m. Eventually, Darlene proceeded southwest on Highway 330. At around 7:10 p.m., Darlene's vehicle collided head on with Karla Gavlock's vehicle. Karla's vehicle had been traveling northeast on Highway 330. Karla alleged Darlene crossed the center...
