The issue is whether a plaintiff who has marked satisfied a judgment against one tort-feasor for less than the full amount of the judgment is barred from maintaining a second action against another tort-feasor for the same harm. We granted en banc reconsideration of this appeal to consider the effect of a recorded satisfaction of judgment.
