In Docket No. 131337, defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). The jury was unable to reach a verdict on the additional charge of felony murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and a felony-firearm charge related thereto. Rather than submitting to retrial of the felony-murder charge, defendant pleaded guilty...
