Act 153 of 1988 requires that nonprofit corporations which collect in excess of $1,500,000 in proceeds from the rental of property to the Commonwealth be subject to the terms of the Sunshine Act, 65 P.S. §§ 271-286, and the Right to Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 66.1-66.4.
