Petitioner, Elizabeth M. Curran, appeals by delayed leave granted an October 25, 1990, order of the Wayne Probate Court. In the order, the court denied petitioner's request for rehearing pursuant to MCL 710.29(9); MSA 27.3178(555.29)(9) and MCL 710.64; MSA 27.3178(555.64) and refused to allow petitioner to revoke a prior release of her parental rights. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm the decision of the probate court.
