This is a discretionary appeal pursuant to OCGA § 5-6-35 (a) (6).

Yates leased a storage room in a mini-warehouse from Dilbeck. His personal property was stolen in a break-in which left no signs of forced entry. Yates testified that he questioned Dilbeck prior to leasing the space, and in response Dilbeck stated that no one had ever broken into any of the storage rooms and he would furnish a large lock resistant to bolt cutters in order...
