Per Curiam.

In this proceeding, the respondent was charged with one allegation of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained the charge after a hearing at which the respondent failed to appear.

Charge One alleged that the respondent conspired to obstruct justice by attempting to bribe a witness in a criminal proceeding and to induce her to fail to appear to give testimony.
