Joyce Hostetter, a tenant of a farm home owned by plaintiffs, Duane Neubauer and Evelyn Neubauer, appeals from an adverse judgment in an action against her by the Neubauers and their fire insurer. The gravamen of the action is the negligence of defendant Joyce Hostetter, which caused fire damage to the leased premises.
