This is an appeal by the defendant from the granting of the plaintiff town's motion for summary judgment on its suit for collection of delinquent real estate taxes pursuant to General Statutes § 12-161.1 The defendant claims that the trial court improperly granted summary judgment because there was a material issue of fact to be resolved at trial, that is, whether the taxes were properly assessed.
