Joseph Buchanan (Buchanan) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County (trial court) granting summary judgment in favor of Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 of Grill and LTL Lounge (fire company). Buchanan's complaint alleges that he was injured in an automobile accident which occurred on November 22, 1986. He admits that his car struck two vehicles while driving north on Pennsylvania Route 568, while he was intoxicated...
