Before this court is a motion brought by DARLENE GRAY ("Gray"), the ex-wife of LEON PEMBERTON ("the Debtor"), seeking relief from the automatic stay to file a motion seeking to reduce a support order in favor of the Debtor as a defense to the Debtor's attempts, in state domestic-relations court, to hold her in contempt for not complying with the outstanding support order.
