The Commonwealth appeals from an order of a judge in the Juvenile Court allowing the juvenile's motion to dismiss an indictment charging murder in the second degree.1 A grand jury had returned the indictment which was filed with the Superior Court clerk, who then ordered the indictment filed in the Juvenile Court.2 The judge in the Juvenile Court made findings...
