Curry was charged with operating a vehicle as an habitual violator, the case was tried to a jury, he was convicted and appeals. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence was that Curry operated a vehicle on May 25, 1991, after having been notified of his status as an habitual violator on October 27, 1990.
