OPINION
HENRY L. HESS, Jr., Chief Judge.
This matter came before the court on the debtor's objection to the allowance of the amended claim of Metropolitan Mortgage ("Metropolitan"). Metropolitan holds an oversecured claim in this case by virtue of a note secured only by security interest in the debtor's principal residence pursuant to a trust deed with an attorney fees clause.
