Heather Harner (Appellant) pled guilty to two counts of interference with custody of children, 18 Pa.C.S. § 2904(a),1 after she took her son and daughter, without consultation, from their father's (John Henry Harner's) legal custody in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to the State of Louisiana.
