MOORE, Justice:

This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court setting aside an award of workers' compensation benefits. We affirm.

FACTS

The facts pertinent to this appeal are not in dispute. In July 1982, appellant, a Spartanburg resident, saw a local newspaper advertisement for drivers for respondent North American Van Lines ("NAVL"). Appellant had driven for NAVL for several years...
