Askew, Luzerne County Commissioners and the County of Luzerne, (collectively, appellants), from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County (Common Pleas) denying appellants' motion for summary judgment as it related to the wrongful death and survival action brought on behalf of Baby Cruciani, deceased, by parents Mark Cruciani and Jacqueline B. Cruciani (appellees).
