This cause is before this court pursuant to an appeal of an Ohio judgment entry which denied a motion to enforce a custody decree from the state of Kentucky. According to appellant's brief, this cause originated in Kentucky on June 7, 1985 when James Boyd McClurg filed a petition for dissolution of marriage against Eva Marie McClurg, appellant.
