Defendant, Andrew L. Peterson, appeals from his conviction, following a jury trial, of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine base) in violation of Iowa Code section 204.401(1)(c) (1989) and from an enhanced sentence for making such delivery "within one thousand feet of the real property comprising a public school."
