The question presented is one of first impression: whether Section 5322(a)(3) of the Pennsylvania long-arm statute, 42 Pa.C.S. § 5322, confers personal jurisdiction over a non-resident defendant in a dispute arising out of an isolated sale of a private residence, and if so, whether the exercise of such in personam jurisdiction is consistent with the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States...
