Plaintiff, Michelle LaPan, appeals from an order dismissing her amended petition. The petition was dismissed after the trial court sustained a demurrer filed by defendant-appellee, Sandra Myers. In her appeal plaintiff assigns as error the actions of the trial court in (1) sustaining defendant's demurrer, (2) failing to specify on which of three grounds the demurrer was sustained, and (3) dismissing plaintiff's petition without granting plaintiff leave...
