Jerry Dye appealed his convictions by a jury of one count each of possession of cocaine, K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 65-4127a, possession of marijuana, K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 65-4127b(a)(3), and possession of drug paraphernalia, K.S.A. 65-4152. The Court of Appeals found error in the admission of statements made by Dye and evidence found on him and reversed his convictions...
